Founder
Israel is passionate about creating value, solving complex challenges, and delivering sustainable, impactful change. He founded Lawres Group with this mission, focused on supporting the lifeblood of local communities—people and small businesses. Lawres Group’s goal is to acquire, support, and grow one outstanding small business, carrying its legacy forward for generations to come. After completing a bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering, he began as a Production Engineer in a small business, an experience that inspired him to pursue a master’s in Manufacturing Engineering and Management at the University of Nottingham. For the past decade, Israel has worked across industries such as Automotive, Railway, Pharmaceutical, Defence, and Cybersecurity, advancing from engineering roles to leading transformational change initiatives. Today, he brings his expertise in management consulting, helping organisations achieve sustainable improvements through impactful change programmes.

Dan is a Financial Adviser within Rodgers Family Wealth Management, a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, and can support you to manage your business and personal finances. Following a successful career in ‘business to business’ services within the SME sector, Dan transitioned to Financial Services where he combines his business and financial expertise to help clients plan for their future. Dan brings a wealth of financial planning expertise to the Lawres Group proposition, offering support to business owners leading up to, and following the sale of, their businesses.
Emmanuel Lawal
CEO - Harlow Solutions
Emmanuel is currently Chief Executive Officer at Harlow Solutions, where he leads the day-to-day operations of the business following its acquisition in 2023. He understands first-hand what it takes to run a small business, and is passionate about building on the legacy of previous owners while driving long-term growth and stability. Prior to Harlow, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in London, where he advised business leaders on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, and operational improvement. He supported clients through ownership transitions — from due diligence and expansion planning to solving complex challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, and product development. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and operational roles across a range of industries, including aerospace (Safran – a key Airbus supplier), construction (Hilti), semiconductors (Infineon – a Siemens spin-off), and life sciences (Pall – a Danaher company). Emmanuel is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering & Technology and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
